Old Holly Farm



Old Holly Farm Old Holly Farm, which is situated 2 miles north of the town of Garstang in Lancashire, is a family run, working organic dairy farm, which provides children (and adults alike) the opportunity to see, touch, smell, hear and taste the experience of a real working farm.

The inner courtyard, calf shed and animal paddocks are home to donkeys, goats, pigs, sheep, rabbits, chicks and calves there is plenty for visitors to meet and interact with. Visitors can also watch the cows being milked every day at 4.30pm in the dairy viewing gallery. The newly extended Indoor Playbarn is a fantastic place for kids to burn off some energy in a safe environment.

There is a local produce Farm Shop and the Courtyard Café and outside seating area offers home cooked traditional lunch, refreshing drink and home made cake.

Directions

Traveling from the north -leave the M6 at junction 33, taking the A6 signposted for Garstang, about 5 miles from the junction you will see a sign a petrol garage, then a brown sign for Old Holly Farm - both on the left. Take the next road immediately on the right, which is called Cabus Nook Lane, the farm is immediately on the left. Car parking for Old Holly Farm visitors is via the second farm entrance and is clearly signposted.

Traveling from the south- leave the M6 at junction 32, taking the A6 signposted for Garstang, about 10 miles from the junction you will see a sign for Old Holly Farm on the left hand side of the road. Take the next road on the left, just after the Italian Restaurant onto Cabus Nook Lane, the farm is immediately on the left. Car parking for Old Holly Farm visitors is via the second farm entrance and is clearly signposted.
